To streamline the registration process and ensure the safety and security of all attendees, we kindly request that you complete the attached application form and submit it no later than 12 days prior to the event. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.


As motorsport events inherently involve risks, we prioritize the safety of all individuals present. Therefore, media access will be strictly controlled throughout the duration of the event. We will closely monitor media activities and expect full cooperation with our organizers' instructions to uphold safety protocols.  Media personnel will be granted access to designated MEDIA ONLY areas on the course. However, please be aware that this access does not extend to prohibited areas, marshal posts, or any other restricted zones.


To be eligible for media accreditation, photographers and videographers must hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI) coverage of at least €1 million. A copy of the PLI certificate must accompany your application. Please understand that each media application will be carefully evaluated on an individual basis, and we reserve the right to decline any application. We do not consider applications from amateur or casual photographers/videographers.


Additionally, by applying for media accreditation, you agree to make images available to the event for promotional purposes upon request, with appropriate credit.
